Starting as a trainee, Victor was promoted to the position of Senior Project Manager in just 10 years. In over three decades of professional development, Victor has built a multi-disciplinary portfolio in offsite fabrication, project management and field erection for numerous technically challenging structural steelwork projects.

As one of the local pioneers in structural steelwork building construction, Victor has successfully delivered diverse structural steel projects ranging from high-rise buildings such as The Center, at 346m tall, to large-scale mega-steel structures for public facilities in Hong Kong. Since Victor has taken up leadership and operational roles at Goldwave, the business development of structural steel buildings has grown rapidly under his guidance and his proven track record of providing complete turnkey solutions. 

Victor believes that lifelong education is vital for success. To strengthen procurement planning, reinforce quality control of fabrication and introduce simulation of on-site erection to clients, he started to explore the application of 3D modelling in 2002 with the 170m tall Nina Tower being his very first project to adopt this advanced technology. Having understood the importance of digital capabilities across the construction industry, Victor has also been actively promoting BIM modelling in off-site fabrication.
