H Code is a pioneering leisure development that is designed for flexibility and versatility. It is located in Upper Pottinger Stone Street in Central, an area of Hong Kong known for its ultra-high density and compact business nature. 

The site was considered not buildable by using traditional building methods because of its site constraints. Goldwave provided an effective steel frame solution that overcame the challenges of geographical complexity as the site is located on a slope; low capacity foundation had been built and the tiny site area provided very limited storage for building materials. The 22-storey building structure of 12,632 square meters of gross floor area was completed in 14 months. H-code itself won the building design award from the American Institute of Architects.
