The Massive Steel Turntable Structure measuring 21 meters in diameter was to rotate the permanent footbridge (46 Meters) and vehicular bridge (52 Meters) to the designated position, which was right above the life operation of Light Rail. This innovative erection method was unprecedented in Hong Kong.
Goldwave is honored to be selected for the fabrication of the focal iconic Neville Bonner Pedestrian Bridge of extensive deck length 331 meters which forms a stronger connection between the popular South Bank, the future Queen’s Wharf Brisbane precinct, and its key surrounding features.

Goldwave’s project team has a wealth of experience in installing large and wide span footbridges all over Hong Kong. This project comprised two pedestrian bridges at maximum 70 meters in length and to be connected with the existing building structure located on top of Tai Wai MTR station. They connected to the Interchange across Che Hung Mui Road and Mei Tin Road. The installation were completed in several overnights, with professionally coordinated onsite sessions.
